01What the app is
Xtream Masters IPTV Player Pro is a media player for Windows PCs. It plays video streams from a playlist that you add yourself.
Xtream-Masters Media Player does not sell, host, provide or link to any channels, playlists, streams or subscriptions. No content is included with the app, and we are not connected with any content provider.
02Your playlist and your responsibility
You need your own IPTV playlist from a provider of your choice. Everything you watch comes from that provider, not from us.
Only use playlists and content that you are legally allowed to watch in your country. You are responsible for the content you play and for following the law and your provider's terms.
We do not check, approve or endorse any playlist or provider. If you are not sure that a playlist is licensed, do not use it.
03Download and licence
The Windows app is downloaded directly from this website. Download it only here: installers from other websites may be changed and are not supported.
It uses a per-device licence: a free trial starts when you first use it, and after that a licence is needed. Licences are bought and extended on the Extend license page of this website. Each licence is for one device.
To check the licence, the app sends a device identifier, the network (MAC) address, the computer name, the operating system and the app version to our licence server.
04Signing in
The Windows app signs in with the IPTV line from your provider. The app licence is linked to the device, as explained above.
05What we store
To sign you in and keep the app working we store: a device identifier, the device type, the app version, the IP address and sign-in times.
Your IPTV login is sent to our server only to check it with your provider's server. If you activated on this website, your IPTV line is stored encrypted so the app can sign in and Forgot PIN can show your login again.

06Not allowed
- Using the app to watch content you don't have the right to watch.
- Selling or presenting the app as a channel or subscription service.
- Copying, changing or reverse-engineering the app, or getting around its sign-in or licence checks.
- Automated or repeated sign-in attempts, or sharing logins and Player PINs publicly.
07Copyright complaints
We don't host content, so we can't remove streams from a provider's server. If you are a rights holder and a login or Player PIN on our system is used to access your content, contact us with the details and we will review it and block access where appropriate.
08Availability and changes
Windows availability depends on the store and on platform approval, and features may differ between devices.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the app means you accept it.
